These terms govern your use of learnaiwithclive.com and any courses purchased through the platform. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
On successful payment you receive lifetime access to the purchased course, including all future updates to that course. Access is personal and non-transferable — your login may not be shared with others.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email enquiries@learnaiwithclive.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All course content — including video lessons, written guides, and certificates — is owned by Learn AI with Clive and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content without written permission.

On completing all modules in a course, a certificate of completion is issued in your name. Certificates confirm course completion only and are not regulated qualifications.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated by email where possible. Temporary unavailability does not entitle you to a refund unless it persists for more than 14 days.
We may update course content to keep it current. We will not remove substantial content without providing equivalent replacement material.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the platform or course content.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
